It's Good to Laugh
Once again research is proving what we always knew - that laughter is good for us!
So true Penny, laughter is good for us and helps lift us both mentally and physically. Especially in these dark days when everyone needs some brightness in our lives. Fun and laughter are key to good health. Good luck with the blog is looks great, very calming. Aisling
Hi! Patricia here. Love the blog- it oozes positivity. Not only can you go on laughing courses- which I believe are a howl, but there is an Indian woman who tours the world giving hugs. I believe the experience is amazing and leaves you uplifted and with a sense of relief.
